Same day as the Bava di vento, with more time on the water and welcome glass on board. Breakfast and briefing at 9, we set sail at 10 and navigate for four hours; at noon we drop anchor for the welcome glass and photos, we return at 14:30 for lunch and at 16 there is debriefing with the HR expert. What the company takes home is not the trip: it is the test and analysis of how the team decided, communicated and divided roles when the boat required them to do it quickly.
